In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. It will also aid in relaxing the mind and body simultaneously.

Stretch & Tone

Move you through a series of stretching and toning exercises to improve overall functionality of the body and caters for all fitness levels. Using a variety of methods such as static, dynamic, yoga-based, alignment based, we can improve range of motion available at the joints. A challenging 30-minute workout that will work every angle of your core. This class goes above and beyond sit-ups and crunches to define and sculpt the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. With the guidelines for various fitness / ability levels, it can be fun for the whole family to join in!
